Turbine Housing Repairs
For many years ACR has performed repairs to the ACM Turbine Housing. Everything from the repair of severely damaged convex radius to those simply requiring flange Replacement. ACR also has several repairs to restore the bearing liner and to repair any miscellaneous housing damage. ACR’s unique experience in developing and performing these repairs has been beneficial to customers requiring the repair or salvage of their units. ACR also performs most OHM repairs to these housings.
Compressor Housing Repairs
ACR has performed repairs to the ACM Compressor Housing for customers worldwide for a long time. We can perform repairs to housings with worn or damaged throats. ACR has repairs to repair or replace the flanges and we have years of experience in repairing dents. ACR’s currently has repairs for the F50, F100, B737, B747, B757, B767 and most Airbus aircraft. ACR also performs most OHM repairs to the Compressor Housing.
Nozzle Repairs
ACR has unique repair experience in developing and performing repairs for the ACM nozzles. Through EB weld, brazing, specialized welding and machining, and other FAA-Approved processes we can restore the worn vanes or injection area of these units. ACR also performs most OHM repairs to the Nozzle.
Fan Housing Repairs
ACR’s approach to repairing the struts on the aluminum fan housing incorporates a creative method of developing tooling to reach into the well. We also perform repairs to the ducting wall and the flange as needed for our many customers who worked with us to develop these repairs. ACR also performs most OHM repairs to the ACM Fan Housing.

Since 1976 ACR has been developing repairs for Commercial Aircraft Air Cycle Machines. In addition to the parts shown above, we have performed our repairs on a number of other parts such as the turbine shaft and axial fan wheel, and we continue to develop new repairs monthly for the ever-changing needs of the industry.
