Steven asks…
What is the name of that inspirational song in the movie ‘Kick-ass’?
The song in particular is the one when Red Mist and Kick-ass are driving to go see Big Daddy and Hit Girl at Safe House B. The music also plays when we first see Nicolas Cage gearing up and putting on the Big Daddy costume. The music sort of sounds like a female singer in the background, with low orchestral music playing with soft bass drums. Any idea on what song this is?

Susan asks…
How much to buy hockey equipment?
Starting to take hockey classes, how much to buy entire set of hockey gear – caged helmet, elbow and knee pads, gloves, cup, skates, and a flat stick? Size range – small adult
admin answers:
There can be a huge range in price depending on the level equipment you want. Assuming you are starting classes, you will go with the least expensive route. I would still plan on spending at least $300 – $500 for a full set, but it could easily exceed that.
Skate, Helmet, and Stick are going to be your most expensive items.
Elbow, Shin, Gloves, Cup, can all be found fairly inexpensively.

Sharon asks…
Hockey gear I need for roller hockey?
I’ve already bought some stuff, and i’ll just list them. Let me know what else I should/need to buy. Thanks.
Composite Stick
skates
gloves
elbow pads
shin pads and tape
hockey pants
inline pant girdle
upper padded shirt
helmet w/ cage
do i need a jock short? anything else?
admin answers:
You need to wear (well, you “should” wear) a protective cup. You can wear the jock short type (just leave the velcro tabs closed), or wear a standalone cup.
The other option is the compression short/cup route; Under Armour makes a great hockey-specific one.
Not sure about the compositite stick; you can probably just use a fibreglass/wood stick (more durable).
For pants- I’d just get the roller hockey “cooperall” type. Much more functional.
I’d also consider a mouthguard. While full facial protection from a cage is great, it does not protect your teeth from a jarring hit.
I’m assuming your team has a set of jerseys. Regular ice hockey jerseys work fine (I played inline a few summers ago; we just bought solid colour blanks and got numbers).

Sandy asks…
Chain rubbing against front derailleur cage, why?
I’ve been tweaking my gears after some long needed maintenance but for some reason when i’m on the highest gear at the back (small cog) and highest at the front (large cog) the chain rubs on the pedal side of the derailleur cage. the H/L screw doesn’t seem to affect this :S
admin answers:
Sometimes you have to adjust other screws not just the screws that make it do what you want (the high low one). Just have a play around you can’t mess it up but if it doesn’t work after a good clean with degreaser as well (sometimes its just a build up of grime and gunk) then you may have to just take it to a shop.
